How it works

A clear process from first wall photo to final walkthrough.

Most clients have not commissioned a mural before. The process should still feel straightforward. We keep scope visible, decisions direct, and production practical from day one.

Six steps

How the work moves.

01

Initial review

You send wall photos, location, rough dimensions, references, and timeline. We confirm fit, ask the right questions, and set expectations early.

02

Site and scope

We review the wall conditions, access, schedule, and any operational constraints so the estimate reflects the real job, not an idealized version of it.

03

Design direction

Concepts are developed around the space, the audience, and the level of visual impact the project needs. Revisions stay focused and practical.

04

Estimate and schedule

Once the direction is clear, we lock scope, pricing, timing, and any site logistics such as lift access, off-hours work, or surface prep.

05

Production

The mural is painted by an experienced team led by working artists. Prep, layout, paint, protection, and cleanup are all part of the delivery.

06

Final walkthrough

We close the project with final review, touch-ups if needed, and care guidance so the wall stays in strong shape after handoff.

Practical notes

What clients usually want to know.

Most projects move in 2–4 weeks

Timing depends on approvals, wall readiness, complexity, and weather, but many projects move from first conversation to final coat inside that window.

Speed comes from experience

The best muralists work fast because they already know what to do on the wall. That is expertise, not corner-cutting.

Real-world conditions are part of the plan

Business hours, surface prep, lifts, neighborhood access, and weather are all handled as production realities, not afterthoughts.

Do you handle interior and exterior murals?

Yes. The process is adjusted for the site, including materials, prep, sealing, and scheduling requirements.

Can you work around business hours?

Often yes. We regularly plan around operating businesses, openings, and active job sites.

Do the same people design and paint the work?

The studio stays artist-led throughout. Creative direction and production leadership remain closely connected from concept through execution.

Send the basics and we will map the most sensible next move—whether that is a site review, a fast estimate range, or a design conversation.
