The website uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site, validate form submissions, privately store uploads, and send inquiry notifications. Contact-form details are also forwarded to Google Forms and Google Sheets so we can manage inquiries. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Upload security and retention
Uploads are stored in a private bucket and are not published on the website. Notification links are signed and expire after 14 days. Upload copies are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identification documents.
We keep inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare or administer a project, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. A request to delete an inquiry may be limited when we need to retain part of the record for those purposes.
Cookies and analytics

Standard browser caching and security services may still process technical request data needed to load and protect the site.
