Submitting a form, using the pricing calculator, receiving an estimate, or discussing a project does not create a contract or reserve a date. Calculator results and preliminary estimates are planning tools, not binding offers. Final scope, pricing, payment terms, schedule, responsibilities, and approvals are established only in a written agreement accepted by both parties.
